Hospital of the capital № 1 of Astana city is implementing international quality standarts in accordance with the letter of the Head of the state.

In the Letter of the Republic of Kazakhstan President N.A.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan “To competitive Kazakhstan, competitive economics, competitive nation” it is noted, that competitive ability of our economics by many ways will be determined by swiftness of transition of our enterprises to international level. One of the major exponents of state’s rating in the world’s economics is level of healthcare sector development. Due to this receiving of ISO certificate is a very important moment in life of City hospital № 1. 2012 came down to the hospital’s history as a year of continuing improvement quality management system. Last year a lot of documents were reconsidered and adjusted in accordance with international standarts of quality management system, range of improvement measures was conducted.

“As a result of it in December 2012 the City hospital №1 of Astana city akimat passed certification audit”, - they reported to astana.kz in the hospital.

Certification audit was conducted by one of the world’s leading companies providing independent audit services TÜV Rheinland Group. Currently the company has about 500 representative offices in 62 countries of the world. Official representative office in kazakhstan ahs operated since 2009.
