Our clinic investigates diseases of the blood (immune thrombocytopenia, aplastic anaemia, lymphomas) by means of splenectomy, including laparoscopic surgery. Courses of chemotherapy are also conducted according to modern international protocols, including courses of high dose chemotherapy. In the treatment of aplastic anaemia, thymoglobulin is used according to strict standards. In the case of stem cell transplantation a compatible donor is sought and if necessary, the material is sent for consultation in haematological centres in Kazakhstan and abroad.
